Information we collect

• Account & profile: name, email, phone, and preferred language when you register.
• Applications: details you provide about a child (name, date of birth, grade) and documents you upload.
• Teacher profiles: professional details you choose to publish on your portfolio.
• Usage: anonymous, cookieless analytics to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

• To provide the service — creating your account, submitting applications, and connecting families with schools.
• To send transactional messages (verification codes, application status, tour requests) by email.
• To keep the service secure and improve it.

Sharing

When you apply to a school, the information in your application is shared with that school so it can process your admission. We use trusted service providers (for email delivery, file storage, and hosting) who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can access or update your profile from your account, and you can request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@joinbeelong.com.

Children's data

Applications are created by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the child information they provide. We use that information only to process the admission.
